Morgan is a transactional attorney who assists clients with matters involving international trade, general corporate law and governance, and contract negotiation and drafting. The daughter of small business owners, Morgan is particularly focused in supporting entrepreneurs.

Morgan is a transactional attorney who assists clients with matters involving international trade, general corporate law and governance, and contract negotiation and drafting. The daughter of small business owners, Morgan is particularly focused in supporting entrepreneurs.

Morgan was a law clerk at the firm prior to joining as an Associate. She graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law, where she received the Lyndon B. Johnson Human Rights Award and a Pro Bono Honors Certification.  During her academic tenure, she also served as both the Managing Editor of the Journal of International Economic Law and a Staff Editor of the South Texas Law Review.

Morgan’s legal journey demonstrates both a sincere commitment to her community and interest in legal advocacy.  At Catholic Charities, she advised Afghan refugees navigating the complexities of the US immigration system. At the South Texas Trademark Clinic, she advised clients on their intellectual property rights. In addition, her law school appointed Morgan to be a Teaching Assistant for her fellow students in contract law.

A south Alabama native who now resides in Houston, Morgan also spent a year living in Czech Republic before attending law school.
