Meet Christina

Christina is a member of the Colorado Bar and a prospective member of the Texas Bar. Christina’s practice focuses on advising clients on small business, corporate, international trade, and general compliance matters.

Christina serves as a trusted advisor to her small and mid-size business clients, guiding them through all aspects of the business life cycle from formation to dissolution. She helps handle transactional matters, which include commercial deals, contract review, contract drafting, and negotiations. She also aids corporate clients in similar transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

Christina’s international practice focuses on the importation of goods into the U.S., including tobacco and other commercial products. Her compliance practice focuses on advising companies and corporations regarding import and export regulatory compliance.

Christina is a proud and award-winning graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she received the Irving P. Andrews Outstanding Law Graduate Award and the Student Leadership Award upon graduation. Throughout her career, Christina has earned recognition as a Rising Star from Super Lawyers and One to Watch from Best Lawyers. Outside of her legal practice, she is passionate about food and enjoys showcasing her culinary skills by cooking for friends and family. Christina is also an avid sports enthusiast, with training in both boxing and martial arts.
